"La Bienal en Resistencia (BER) es el cuerpo, los huesos, las tripas y la carne de muchas disidencias comprometidas en crear habitabilidad. Pertenecemos al lugar que nos conmueve y es ese precisamente uno de los temores institucionales: cuando la vivencia y la afectividad se construyen, en ese hacer, habitamos la creación y al mismo tiempo conformamos el logos del arte/afectivo; aquí, el arte, deja de ser un mercado/del arte. La BER, entendida de manera butleriana, des/oculta la vulnerabilidad de la que todes somos parte en mayor o menor medida, y discrepa con el binarismo excluyente: arte/institución. Aspectos que posibilitan un lugar donde habitar la palabra, nuestras palabras."

"The Biennial in Resistance (BER) is the body, bones, guts, and meat of many dissidents committed to creating habitability. We belong to the place that moves us and that is precisely one of the institutional fears: when experience and affectivity are built, in that doing, we inhabit creation and at the same time we shape the logos of art/affective; here, art, ceases to be a market/art. The BER, understood in a Butlerian way, uns/hides the vulnerability of which we are all part to a greater or lesser extent, and disagrees with the exclusive binary: art/institution. Aspects that make possible a place to inhabit the word, our words."
